The Alaska Symphony of Seafood Gala Soirée and Awards Ceremony was held Friday night at the Anchorage Hilton. A full crowd gathered to sample all this year's entrants and to vote for the Anchorage People's Choice and to find out who the judges picked for this year's winners. The Grand Prize winner, from Tustumena Smoke House, is Kylee's Alaska Salmon Bacon. They will be headed to the International Boston Seafood Show to share their product with visitors to the Alaska Symphony of Seafood sponsored booth. And the Anchorage People's Choice...? Seattle People's Choice Winner Announced!
Tracy's Alaskan King Crab Bisque by Tracy's King Crab Shack out of Juneau, Alaska has won the Seattle People's Choice award for the 2012 Alaska Symphony of Seafood. There's opportunity for more prizes at the Anchorage Gala Soirée on Friday, February 10 at the Alaska Ballroom in the Anchorage HIlton. Not only will the local crowd vote for the coveted Anchorage People's Choice, but at the end of the evening we'll announce the winners from the private judging.
