The 2013 New Products Contest Winners!

The Alaska Symphony of Seafood has announced the winners of the 2013 New Products Contest. The Grand Prize winner, as determined by a panel of chefs and other industry experts, was Zesty Grill Sockeye Salmon, produced by Copper River Seafoods. Zesty Grill Sockeye Salmon also won the coveted Anchorage People's Choice award by garnering the most votes at the Anchorage Gala Soirée. Read about it in the press release here. Seattle Votes for People's Choice

The Alaska Symphony of Seafood has announced that Triad Fisheries, LTD was awarded the Seattle People’s Choice Award for its Alaskan Sablefish Unagi Style at the organization’s 20th annual New Products Judging and Reception held February 13, 2013 in Seattle. Click here for more information.
